Today I want to show you a plan that I use to get great abs every year. During the winter time especially around Christmas I tend to cheat a little. I have a hard time resisting certain food and that leads to me gaining at least 5 pounds of flab. However, ever year I am able to lose that weight and get my six pack by the Summer.
I'd like to share with you a few simple unconventional steps that you can follow that will help you get a nice set of washboard abs.
Step #1-
The first step is to get organized. Getting a nice body is easy once you become organized. But it can be impossible if you don't have things nicely planned out. Every Monday try and write down what days you're going to work out. Write down how long you're going to work out and what you're going to do. Then plan out all of the meals you're going to eat and go buy the food. It's easy to eat healthy when the food is already in the kitchen.
Step #2-
The next step is to start eating that healthy food. Like I said before, it's a lot easier to eat healthy if you already have the food in your kitchen. Now I am not asking you to replace all of your food just yet. I don't want you to get overwhelmed with everything. I am asking you to slowly start cutting out the junk and replacing it with healthier alternatives. There is a saying that abs are made in the kitchen. If you think you can get them without eating healthy then you're in trouble.
Step #3-
The last step is to start burning those extra calories. By burning those calories you'll also start burning the fat around your mid-section. There are a number of ways that you can do this. If you're intimidated by gyms then there are other alternatives than running on a treadmill. You can do outdoor activities which will burn the calories. A list of good activities includes hiking, biking, walking, and my favorite playing basketball.
