Tips:
Preparation:
Place barbell on the back of your shoulders and grasp the bar to sides. Cross the lower leg above the knee of your supporting leg.
Execution:
Squat down as low as possible. Extend knee and hip until your leg is straight. Return and repeat. Continue with opposite leg.
